Wisdoms and Self
About
To be honest, I’m not a fan of self-serving memoirs. When I write about myself, I find that my words are stale and uninspired. But when I make others the subject of my pieces, I feel the responsibility to pour all I have into their word painting, to do their stories justice.
But before I discovered my purpose of serving others, there are a few lessons I had to learn about myself first. After all, Carl Jung said, "“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” And how would one know who they truly are, if they don't take the time to reflect, to discover themselves?
So in this page, you will find a collection of wisdoms on how to love yourself, accept yourself, and be kind to yourself. Because only once your cup is overflowing, can you pour into others' cups.
