I took this photo on my evening walk. The beauty of the Moon softly peeking through the curtain of barren branches reminds me to appreciate death as much as we celebrate life. Without this period of winter dormancy, without the death of lush green summer leaves 🍃, I wouldn’t be able to appreciate this work of art, dead but very much alive.
